Where is Jo?

Jo had not checked in recently by email and as a result the Twinns at C&D Detective Agency were getting worried.
Dawn, Skye, Heather and Caitlyn were in Caitlyns office one day when Dawn asked.....
"What do you think has happened to Jo?"

"I dont know Dawn, I suspect mutant radishes, or aliens. Maybe the Arbie sisters grabbed her. Or Madame Heel has her captive."
"Maybe that crummy dog she is walking has eaten her. You know how it tries to have her for lunch every now and then, maybe its succeeded." Skye added.
"I think Jo is on leave" Heather said. "You know how she just unplugs her computer and mulches from dawn to dusk."
"From me to dusk?" Dawn asked, somewhat confused.
"You know what I mean Dawn." Heather said.
"I dont know what you mean Heather, first you said from me to dusk and now you say from me to me!"
"Cait, Dawn is confusing me again, make her stop." Heather pleaded.

"Dawn, stop confusing Heather. You know she has to lay down and rest her armature when she gets confused. If she does that we wont get any work done today."
"Does that mean we can go home early Cait? because I really want to get home and watch dolly movie reruns on TV." Skye said brightly.
"Wow Cait, thanks for letting us go home early." Dawn said, grabbing her bag and heading for the door.
"STOP! I never said we could go home early."
"Cait, now you are confusing me, I better go lay down and rest my armature." Heather said, looking increasingly more puzzled by the minute. She lay down and covered her head with her handkerchief.

"Oh pooh, now I am confused, are we going home early or not?" Dawn asked.
"Yes, come on Cait, why do you say we can go home early and then you change you mind?" Skye asked.
"But, but.... Heather, move over, I need to lay down and rest my armature. I am all confused myself now." Caitlyn admitted.

"Dawn, why do you think Caitlyn and Heather are laying down with hankies over their head?" Skye asked.
"I don't know Skye, it must be an Audrey thing. I think I will go home, because with those two incapacitated its not really worth staying at the office. Are you coming Skye?"
"Sure, but let me just leave a note for Caitlyn that we really need to find out what happened to Jo, she seems to have disappeared."
"I bet it's mutant radishes, or aliens. Maybe the Arbie sisters grabbed her. Or Madame Heel has her captive." Dawn said.
"You think so? gee, you would have thought that Cait would have thought of that."
"I think Cait is too busy taking a nap with Heather on the floor to even consider that. Right, lets stop by the ice cream parlour on our way home. They have waffles!"
"Waffles? why is Amanda's dog at the ice cream parlour anyway?"
"Not that Waffles, but waffles."
"Aaaah, you mean waffles."

"Bring us some too......" Heather and Caitlyn said from under their handkerchiefs.
"I thought the pair of you had gone to sleep." Dawn said.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
"Sheesh, these Audrey's have no sense of humour. Come along Skye, lets go scoff waffles and leave these two alone. How can we ever get any work done when the boss and her secretary take naps in the middle of the day anyway?"
