"Jordyn and Neal, sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g!" sings Michelle.
"First comes love, then comes marriage," Madison pipes.
"Then comes Jordyn with a Nursery Babies carriage!" they chorus
together.
The black haired, black leather-clad Jordyn snorts, and stomps away.
Berkeley shakes a finger at the almost look-alike singers. "You had
better be careful, or she's going to turn you into frogs one day!"
she warns.
"Well, I for one am very happy for my dark twin," says a blonde
Audrey. "I'm glad she finally found herself a nice young man."
"Who doesn't run away from her screaming!" Denika adds, bursting
into laughter with Michelle and Madison.
"And when is the last time one of you had a boyfriend?" asks non-
poseable Audrey from her wheelchair.
"Ewwww, cooties!" says Denika.
Suddenly a deafening roar fills the air, causing hands to cover
ears. Emma comes flying into the room. "Was that thunder?"
A picture window fills with curious faces, but sunshine and blue sky
are all they see. The rumbling, however, grows louder and louder.
When Jordyn joins them, smiling, Jessica, her eyes filled with fear,
says, "Are you doing that?"
Jordyn rolls her eyes and groans, and the source of the sound finally
comes into view. "Hey, look, it's Neeeeeeeaaaaal!" sings Michelle.
"On his Haaaaaaaaarleeeeeeey!" Madison pipes.
Jordyn pushes them aside, and opens the window. "Hey, Jord, yup for
a spin?" calls Neal.
Although her heart is pounding, Jordyn feigns indifference. She
shrugs, and says, "I got nothin' better to do."
Before Jordyn can get the window closed, Neal hears the sound of
singing over the purr of his motorcycle, although he can't understand
the words. But all he hears when she opens the door is, "Ribbit!
Ribbit! Ribbit"
"Sup with all the frogs?" Neal asks as Jordyn hops onto his Harley.
"Science project," Jordyn mutters.
