General:
Elinor is the 12th Twinn in the family and is one of the original Loveable Sisters. She is the second Kelsey in the family too. Elinor worked at Radio WTWINN as a news reader and DJ, because she believed in broadcasting quality dolly programming to all of her friends.
In September 2008 Elinor was transferred to a new home where she was to be trained as a beautician and become the first resident Dolly Makeover Consultant. Her place at radio WTWINN was then taken over by Nicole.
