Welcome to

The staff and campers at Croc Camp would like to welcome you to the annual Summer Croc Camp. We hope that your time with us will be enjoyable as well as instructive. At the same time we want everybody to have fun too, after all, this is camp and that's what being at camp is all about.

Meet the Staff

Our Camp Leader is Carlisle Crocodile, famous for his campaign against mutant radishes, as well as being the local United Nations Saurian Representative on the Security Council.
Our senior campers; Taryn, Carin and Penny, are well known in Twinn circles and are here to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are also responsible for overseeing many of the activities at the camp. Also on our staff is Cavendish Crocodile who is with us to act as an adviser and assist in the day to day running of our camp.

Welcome to Croc Camp everybody! Please enjoy your stay.

It's time to register with Libby. Don't forget your T-Shirt.

Activities

Outdoor Games

Campfire Preparation

At Croc Camp we like to take advantage of the weather and spend as much time as we can outdoors. Naturally playing games is always fun, especially when you are on the winning team! At night, we all enjoy the campfire and can sing songs, tell stories and enjoy our time away from TV, computers and the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Safety is always important which is why we all learn the importance of fire safety before we make that crucial campfire.

Of course we do understand if you need a bit of time alone to write a letter home or pen a poem to a sweetheart. Its all part of growing up. Don't forget your friends though, because they will want you to join them in having fun. We encourage a love of the outdoors and nature and you can participate in such diverse occupations as Bird Watching, Swimming, Candle Making, Twinn Repair, Camping, Hiking, Herpetology, Story Telling, Fishing, Boating and and whatever else may take your fancy. The only problem is you may never have enough time to do it all in the short period you are with us.

Ornithology

Camping

This year we are being visited by members of the Channel 8 TV Crew and we hope that you will help us to show them what Croc Camp is all about. A successful camp is only possible when there is enthusiasm and participation. We are fortunate that in all our years we have had both of these. This year will be no different and when, at the end of our time we lower the flag, we will do so with sadness as we all have to go our seperate ways.

Don't forget that there is always next year to look forward to, and don't forget to take the address of your new friends so that you can write to them. And, if you leave us your address we will gladly send you details of the next Croc Camp so that you can sign up before its too late.
