It was Sunday and Caitlyn was feeling very tired after a long days detecting. Lately she had taken a shine to one of Jennifer Mae's Oriental outfits and found that it made very comfy relaxation wear. Gathering up a handy sucker she headed across to her new quiet spot and was just about to enjoy some peace and quiet when Sarah Willow arrived with Alison in tow. "Hi girls, what's up? is this a delegation or a social call?" Caitlyn asked jokingly.
"Hi Cait, it's definitely a delegation I am afraid. We have a slight problem and need your opinion." Sarah explained.
"And we need your help Cait." Alison said, eyeing Cait's sucker with interest.
"Ok, what's on your mind?" Caitlyn asked, gesticulating with her sucker.

"It's like this, I have been keeping an eye open on Victoria because she is still so nervous, and I think she needs a major boost of confidence". Sarah said.
"Yes Cait, it's gotten really bad lately, she nearly jumped out of the window the other day when Waffles stuck her cold nose against Victoria's arm."
"Well, I have felt how cold Waffles' nose is, I don't really blame her." Caitlyn admitted.
"I had a call from the editor of the newspaper where she works the other day saying that Victoria had locked herself in the little Twinns room and was too afraid to come out because there was a spider on her desk. We had to send Alison along to help get her out."
"Well, I do agree with you, there must be a way to get her out of this funk of nervousness she is in. What do you suggest?"
"I have been doing some research," Alison explained, "and I found a photograph of Victoria when she was young wearing her superhero suit. We were thinking, if we could get her another superhero suit and maybe rig some sort of incident where she can rescue one of us maybe it will give her the boost she needs."
"Let me see this photograph Alison."
Alison handed over the photograph and Caitlyn looked long and hard at it. "It's very colourful I must admit, and she does look very spunky in it. Who is the purple superhero holding her?

"That's her mum, Ultra Violet."
"Alison, do you have enough to work with? is this pic big enough for you to make a superhero suit out of?"
'Sure, no problem, I can use any Twinn as a model and it's just a matter of copying the outfit in the right colour."
"And do you have the right colour?"
"The Bossman had some old curtains which should do the trick, although we may need to rummage around for some of the other bits."
"Well, we don't have anything to loose, and if it will help Victoria then I am all for it. Let's do it! Do we need to rope in any of the other Twinns?"
"We can grab them as we need them, although when we do the big rescue we may need a victim or two."

So everybody went to work, getting out the sewing machine in readiness to copy the outfit that they saw in the picture.

Sarah brought the orange cloth which she had managed to find amongst the old linen and Alison set up the machine. Ever since their experiment with making sweat pants Alison had become the resident sewing expert. Fortunately it was not a skill she had to use very often. Unfortunately making any sort of garment was a bit of a mission because it was very difficult to operate the pedal and sew at the same time, so usually a helping hand or Mary Jane clad foot was required. While Sarah and Alison set to work Caitlyn sought out some of the other Twinns to rope in their help with setting up an incident which would need a superhero.

While Alison was topsides feeding the material and sewing away, Sarah Willow was on the floor pushing the pedal when Alison needed her to. It was a boring job, but Sarah used the time to catch up on her reading. Soon Alison was finished and the suit was completed. "Right, now all we need is to get Victoria to wear it. Any ideas??"

It took some persuasion before Victoria tried on the superhero suit, in fact she was not keen at all. "But I am no longer a superhero, why would you go through all the trouble to make a superhero suit?" she asked.
"Well, we were thinking of making a whole lot of them for Halloween, you know, all the colours of the rainbow, or crayon box and none of us know what superhero's actually look like in their suits, so Alison dashed this one off and we need your opinion." Sarah Willow explained.
"Well OK, but don't expect much from me." Victoria said nervously, "I haven't done any of this superhero stuff in ages and I grew out of my old suit very quickly."

But once Victoria donned her new makeshift superhero suit it was as if she suddenly grew in stature and radiated an aura..... "I am Cosmic Tangerine! I have the power!"
"Wow! did you see that Sarah?" Alison said, nudging Sarah excitedly.
"I did! and I like it! if this doesn't cure Victoria then nothing will!"
