6086 is unique, she is a 1st, 2nd and 3rd class vehicle and very worthy of preservation because she may be the only one of her kind. Unfortunately she has been left to rot and is slowly falling apart. There is evidence inside of a fire, but you can still see the fine wooodwork in her rotting interior and exterior. Realistically she was only useable as firewood. In December 2010 she was broken up.
