Built as Ville de Strabourg in La Ciotat, France 1975. Sold to Madagascan interests and renamed Gasikara in 1988. On 07/02/1991 during a voyage from Bangkok to Capetown she was posted as missing and presumed lost with all hands during the Cyclone " Bella". Her last reported position was in the Mauritius area on 30/01/1991.
