Panorama Cemetery, Wilgeheuwel

This very well maintained cemetery was opened in 1983, and is situated in the Wilgeheuwel area and falls under Roodepoort for some obscure reason. It has graves dating roughly from the 1980's till the 2000's and has lots of empty space. However, it appears as if there was an issue with the cemetery being built on unstable ground which led to some very bad publicity and could be the reason behind it being so empty. It has some very artistic stones in it, and has to be amongst the best maintained cemetries and prettiest in Johannesburg.
