This statue of Queen Victoria can be found in Market Square, outside the Public Library in Port Elizabeth. It was unveiled in 1903 and was sculpted by E. Roscoe Mullins of London. The statue was restored in 1992. Photograph courtesy of Ronnie Lovemore.
