The Kingston Frost Memorial

I originally photographed this memorial in Kingston Frost Park in Brixton (Cnr Chiswick and Beverly Streets) in September 2007. The park was named after counciler Kingston Frost in 1939. I returned in December 2011 to check up on the memorial and was pleasantly suprised at how well the park was maintained. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of luck with the weather and this memorial. Images open in a new window.

The inscription on this memorial reads:
Erected to the
honour
of those who
sacrificed their
lives in the Great
War
1914-1919.
Lest We Forget
