The Anglo Boer War Pages: Literature and Links

A suprising amount has been written about the Boer War, some of it being period material, and some of it being written years afterwards. Its difficult to say what to read and what not to read because a lot of it is tainted with propaganda from both sides. I enjoy the insights gained from both sides of the coin, but to be frank cannot recommend any book or website as being truly unbiased. There is a surprising amount available on the public domain too, and I suggest reading these if you have the patience to read ebook format. Under no circumstances are the books listed here the only books to read, in fact I suggest you read as much as possible to gain as broad an overview as possible.

The best place to start reading any ebook in the public domain is at Project Gutenberg.
