A photographic collection from Braamfontein Cemetery
The Commonwealth Plot (Anglo Boer War 1899-1902)

Within the confines of Braamfontein Cemetery is a small plot of graves which contains the remains of a large number of Imperial soldiers from various nations who fought and died in the Boer War. There are also a number of Boer War graves scattered around the cemetery, and there are sections of what are known as "hospital plots" where a number of soldiers are buried in unmarked graves. These are their pages.
